LCPS WILD Student Leadership Conference 2025

This session will educate students about the process and regulations of planning large scale events for school sponsored clubs. This includes rules for booking venues, fundraising, policies, and more. Students will follow the S.L.I.M.E. Plan: Setting up, Logistics, Invites and Registration, Marketing, Execute. We will also be making slime during the session. Overall, students should have a better understanding of the LCPS rules regarding event planning and the steps to help their event be successful.

Report to your assigned room for a working lunch where you'll have the opportunity to exchange ideas on a wide variety of student activities topics with leaders from other LCPS schools.  

This breakout will provide student leaders with tools to prioritize mental health while effectively fulfilling leadership responsibilities.
